Patrick Dennis joined Golden Bridge Strategies as a Consulting Partner in August of 2022.
Patrick’s 31-year career includes time, most recently as Deputy Director and Chief Information Officer for the Department of Parks and Recreation. Previously, Patrick served as a special projects director and advisor to the State CIO at the California Department of Technology (CDT). Additionally, Patrick served in various leadership roles at CDT including section chief in the department’s Statewide Project Delivery Office, Business Integration lead for the State Technology Approval Reform (STAR) Project, where he led efforts to reform the statewide policy supporting the state’s IT Project Approval Lifecycle (PAL) and served as a branch manager of CDT’s internal IT operations. Before coming to the Department of Technology, Patrick worked for nearly 20 years, in project implementation and software testing for the Franchise Tax Board.
